How To Measure For Size:
Take a pair of pants that fit you well, and lay them flat on a table.Measure the top of the waist from side to side, and then double the measurement to get your actual waist size in inches.
For Example, when you place your pants flat and thewidth of the waistis 18", then your actual waist sizewould be 36".
